Established in 1994, PDT Consultancy is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), providing high quality services for clients.

The consultancy group consists of five highly experienced directors/senior consultants, Ian Crosby, Faye Harris, Vanessa Herbert, Judi Johnston and Bill Reid, all of whom have over 20 years experience in organisational and human resource development and specialist experience working in the Public Sector.

Ian, Faye, Vanessa and Bill are responsible for the development, delivery and assessment of workshop programs in organisational development, human resource management and personal development, as well as undertaking the review, research and evaluation service provided by the Consultancy. Judi is involved in business coordination, project management and the delivery of human resource consultancy services, as well as providing a contact point for clients.
