Learning Outcomes. As a result of this program, participants should be able to:
- Understand more about their own and other personality types;
- Have examined some of their beliefs in dealing with difficult situations;
- Have developed and practised skills for managing different people; and
- Developed strategies to deal with particular situations of concern.
