Learning Outcomes. As a result of this program, participants should be able to:
- Recognise effective and ineffective feedback;
- Increase the effectiveness of the feedback messages they give;
- Solicit feedback to increase their own work place effectiveness; and
- Develop and implement a learning plan to facilitate transfer of learning.
